Terms and Conditions

Last updated: October 5, 2026

These terms govern your use of ezeki.ai, the website at ezeki.ai and the related services operated by ezeki.ai ("ezeki", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

ezeki.ai provides private cloud workspaces in which an AI coding agent of your choice builds, runs and publishes web applications under your direction. The service includes the workspace chat, preview links, publishing, custom domains, optional code editor and terminal access, optional backend features such as sign-in, payments and databases for the apps you build, and connectors to third-party tools.

We may change, add or remove features at any time. Where a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we will give reasonable notice.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age at which you can enter into a binding contract where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in methods, including passkeys and linked GitHub or Google accounts, secure, and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us at once if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Your AI provider accounts

The AI agent runs on your own Claude, Codex, Gemini or Kimi account or API key, which you connect to the service. You are responsible for complying with those providers' terms, for any usage charges or limits they apply, and for keeping those credentials valid. We store the connected credentials encrypted and use them only to run the agent in your workspaces. We are not responsible for the output of any AI model.

4. Your content

You own the applications, code, text, images and data you create or upload in your workspaces ("your content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, transmit and display your content solely as needed to provide the service, including serving the apps you choose to publish.

You are responsible for your content and for having the rights needed to use it. AI-generated output may be similar to output generated for others, and we make no claim to it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • break any law, or infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
  • build or distribute malware, phishing pages, scams or content that is unlawful, defamatory or harassing;
  • attack, probe or overload our systems or anyone else's, including denial-of-service, unauthorised scanning or circumventing limits;
  • mine cryptocurrency, run proxies or relays, send unsolicited bulk email, or use workspaces for workloads unrelated to building and running your apps;
  • resell or share a single account across multiple people or organisations without our agreement;
  • reverse engineer the service or access it by any means other than the interfaces we provide.

We may suspend or limit workspaces that put the platform or other customers at risk, and we may remove content that breaches these terms.

6. Published apps and domains

Apps you publish are served from addresses we provide or from domains you connect. You are responsible for the apps you publish, including their content, their users and any legal notices they require. You must have the right to use any domain you connect. We may take a published app offline if it breaches these terms or receives a valid legal complaint.

7. Backends for your apps

Where you attach a backend to your app, you can offer sign-in, payments and data storage to your own users. For that data you are the controller and we act on your instructions as a processor. You are responsible for your users' terms, your privacy notice, lawful collection of their data and any payment obligations. Payments to you are processed through Stripe under Stripe's own terms, and you must comply with them.

8. Plans, billing and running hours

The Free plan is available at no charge within its limits. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly, through Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your settings; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period, and we do not refund partial periods except where the law requires.

Each plan includes a number of projects and a weekly allowance of running hours, counted while a workspace is awake. When the allowance is used up, workspaces pause until it resets. Workspaces sleep when idle and wake when you return. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

9. Availability and data

We aim for a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Workspaces are development environments, not backup systems. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose, for example by pushing code to a repository you control. Deleting a project permanently removes its workspace and files.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, if your use creates legal or security risk, or if the account has been inactive for an extended period, after giving notice where reasonable. On termination your workspaces and published apps are taken down and your content is deleted after a short grace period.

11. Third-party services

The service relies on third parties, including AI model providers, cloud infrastructure, Stripe, GitHub, Google, Cloudflare and Supabase. Their availability and terms are outside our control. Connectors you enable, such as HubSpot, Klaviyo or your own servers, are governed by those services' terms.

12. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. AI output can be wrong, insecure or incomplete; review it before relying on it or putting it in front of your own users.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or 100 US dollars if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your content, the apps you publish, your users, or your breach of these terms.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the date above; for material changes we will notify you by email or in the app. Continuing to use the service after the change takes effect means you accept the new terms.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, and the federal and state courts of the United States have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
